Ingredients

    8 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp of black pepper
    1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Measure all ingredients into a container with secureable lid. Tighten lid. Shake well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Shake vigorously until olive oil and lemon juice blend.Pour over fresh greens.
Serving Size = 2 Tbsp
