Introduction

GREAT, light-tasting tuna salad without the mayonnaise! GREAT, light-tasting tuna salad without the mayonnaise!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cans Chunk Light Tuna in water
    5 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1/4 cup Onion, diced small
    1/4 cup Celery, diced small
    1/8 cup Dill Pickles, diced small
    1 tbsp Dried Oregano
    Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
    Pinch of Dill

Directions

*Drain tuna, place into medium-sized mixing bowl.

*Chop onions, celery, dill pickles; add to bowl and combine with tuna.

*Mix in spices and red wine vinegar.

*Refrigerate before serving.

*Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.
