Introduction

Ingredients

2 cups thinly sliced apples, unpeeled (about 2 apples)
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 f
Place sliced apples in an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk the cinnamon into the apple juice. Pour over the apples.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve warm.
