Introduction

Makes 2 deviled eggs, perfect for a snack or lunch entree. Makes 2 deviled eggs, perfect for a snack or lunch entree.

Ingredients

    2 hardboiled eggs
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp mayonaise
    4 dill pickle slices, chopped
    black pepper, to taste
    garlic powder, to taste
    onion powder, to taste
    paprika, to taste

Directions

Cut hardboiled eggs in half, scoop out yolks into a small bowl. Mash yolks and combine with pickle slices, mayonaise, pickles, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Fill egg whites with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
