    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen whole cranberries
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice


Toss it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice. If you like icy smoothies, add ice to blender to taste.

    YUM! I have so many frozen blueberries and cranberries at my house right now, and I was looking for something to do with them. This really hit the spot! This will be a snack for me quite a bit, I'm thinking! :) - 7/30/09
