Introduction

Ingredients

    12-16 oz. Turkey breast meat, shredded or cubed
    1/2 c. fat free plain yogurt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3-4 Tbsp. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
    1/2 c. seedless red grapes
    2-4 green onions or red onions, chopped
    3-4 Tbsp. Gorgonzola crumbles

Directions

Combine all the ingredients adjusting the amounts to your preferred moisture and taste. This goes really well with a salad of mixed greens and sliced green apple with Fat Free raspberry pecan or cranberry walnut salad dressing, or alone on crackers or whole grain bread.

Makes roughly five to six 1/2-3/4 c. servings.

    Incredible!
    Absolutely FANTASTIC! I was prepared to make 3-4 dishes with our leftover Thanksgiving turkey, and the family voted to do the ENTIRE turkey this way! Absolutely incredible - delicious in a pita. I used FF greek yogurt, and added celery. Just delicious! - 11/26/11
