Introduction

Ingredients

    wet ingredients.
    1 cup fat free milk
    1tbsp honey
    2 mashed bananas
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    dry ingredients.
    1 cup flour
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

preheat oven to 350 F and 180 C
get a bowl for wet ingredients, mix until combined.
get a bowl for the dry ingredients , mix until combined.
slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry until smooth,looks like a batter.
spray non stick cooking spray or butter the muffin tray.
place muffin batter 2/3 of the muffin cup and sprinkle a pinch of sugar over each muffin then place in oven for 15-20 minutes , use tooth pick method thetooth pick must come out clean.
serves 12
