Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    6lbs boneless chuck roast-trim fat
    3 cups Heinz ketchuo
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup RED wine vinegar
    4 T. Dijon
    2 T. Worcestershire sauce
    2 t. Liquid Smoke flavoring
    1t salt
    1/2 t black pepper
    1 t garlic powder

Directions

Cut and trim beef into 4x4 cubes. Put in crockpot. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low overnight or for 10 hours. Shred meat with forks. Stir to coat meat. If too much liquid, cook uncovered on "high" setting to cook off some of the liquid. Spoon onto buns and serve.
