Introduction

This is my grandma's ice cream recipe that we make every summer. It has no eggs in it, and turns out having sort of an icy texture. It's our family's favorite!! Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    One can sweetened condensed milk
    Two cans evaporated milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1/2 gallon 2% milk

Directions

Heat sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a sauce pan until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into the canister of the ice cream freezer, and stir in the half gallon of milk. Refridgerate until cooled. Freeze in ice cream freezer. (Alternately - place in one gallon container and freeze, stirring periodically until thick and icy.)

Serving Size: Makes 32 half-cup servings
