    3 Chicken Breasts
    1 package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 package Whole Grain Rotini
    1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Low-fat is good)
    1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (low-fat is good)
    3 Mushrooms, Fresh, Diced


Cook the breasts in a minimum of water in a skillet. Cut/dice as they cook.
As the chicken cooks, add both cans of soup to a 2-quart pan, heat over low/medium heat. Add 2 cans water and stir.
As the soups become hot, add package of frozen vegetables (fresh vegetables are good, however, sometimes not as convenient).
Add diced/chopped chicken and bring to a boil.
Add package of rotini and cook 10 minutes; stirring occassionally.
Let set a few minutes and serve.
