Introduction

A friend was kind enough to share this recipe with me when she found I was in search of low sodium dressings with loads of flavor. I've tried it with red wine vinegar and it was great that way as well. Works really well as a marinade for my chicken too. Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. Olive oil
    3 Tbsp. balsamic (or red wine vinegar)
    1 tsp. splenda
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Dash of pepper


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a covered jar and shake well. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to combine. Enjoy!
