Introduction

These are a yummy treat with lots of protein & Fiber. These are a yummy treat with lots of protein & Fiber.
Number of Servings: 37

Ingredients

    Porridge Oats 2 Cups
    Coca powder 1/4 Cup
    Mixed nuts & frut 1/4 Cup
    Coconut 1/2 Cup
    Cinnamon 2 tsp
    Milk 1% 0.5 Cup
    Butter 1/4 Cup (next time may use less to reduce cal)
    Honey 1/4 Cup
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Peanut Butter 3/4 Cup (next time i'll use 1/2cup)
    Vanilla 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Melt Butter, mild and honey on medium heat. boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat add dry ingredients, peanut butter, & vanilla. Make 1 tablespoon malls and place on wax paper in fridge for 1 hour or until coo & set.

The recipe work really well but the balls were a little greasy and the calories are higher than i would like. I suggest reducing butter & peanut butter by a bit to improve the caloric value

    Incredible!
    This is a great snack that makes me feel like I'm eating a treat! I only used 2.5 Tbs of butter and a slightly mounted 1/2 cup of peanut butter and it worked great. I popped it in the fridge before making balls and rolled each in some unsweetened coconut. Yum! - 4/10/15
