Ingredients

    yoga long grain brown rice 1 1/2 cup
    2 tspn olive oil
    10 oz tomatoes
    5.5 oz onions
    2 1/2 tspns knorr tomato bouillon with chicken
    2 1/3 cups boiling water
    1/2 tspn pepper
    1 tspn garlic
    1 tspn oregano
    1 tspn onion powder

Directions

preheat oven for 375.
glass baking pan, add everything but water, boil water pour over all other ingredients, mix with spoon just to incorporate, cover with foil, bake for 60 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes . fluff with fork. enjoy
