    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1 cup almondmeal
    1 cup ground flaxseed
    3 mashed bananas
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 whole eggs
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

heat oven to 350 degrees
bake for 30-40 minutes or until knive comes out slightly moist
