    Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type, 1 package (18.50 oz) (remove)
    *Eggbeaters 1/4 cup, 3 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), 227 grams (remove)
    *Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 2 cup (remove)
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Pudding, Vanilla, 100 grams

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, applesauce, oil and mandarin oranges with juice. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool. To make the topping: In a large bowl, beat together whipped topping, pineapple with juice and dry pudding mix until blended. Spread on cake.
