Quick way to make Corn bread Mexican Style Quick way to make Corn bread Mexican Style
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
    1 7oz can diced green chiles
    2 eggs
    1 14.75 oz can cream style corn
    6 oz cheddar style soy cheese

    Omit milk suggested on instruction box.

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Do not add milk. Spread in oiled (Pam spray) 9 x 12 pan and bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. Cut into 12 servings.
I freeze individual servings that are left.
