Ingredients

    1/2 c dry wakame
    1 large english cucumber cut lengthwise and sliced thin
    2 tbsp pickled ginger chopped
    2 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
    2 teasp sesame oil
    2 teasp toasted sesame seeds
    2 teasp sugar
    pinch of sea salt

Directions

Boil wakame 5 min. drain. slice cucumber. chop pickled ginger, add remaining ingredients and toss.
