Ingredients

    Filling:
    4.5 cups fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
    3 T sugar

    Topping:
    .5 cups of whole wheat flour
    .5 cups of regular oats
    .25 cups of ground flaxseed
    .5 cups of packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    .5 teaspoon of ginger
    3 tablespoons of butter cut into small pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix filling ingredients in a bowl then spread evenly in a 9X9 pan.

Mix all topping ingredients except butter together. Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.

Bake for 30-35 mins or until the fruit is cooked through and bubbly.

Serving Size: makes about 9 servings in a 9X9 pan
