Ingredients

    *Soy Sauce, .34 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Beef, tenderloin, 1.10 lb
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Calamansi Juice, .25 cup

Directions

1) In a bowl combine calamsi juice, soy sauce and pepper. Add sliced beef and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
2) Heat some oil in a pan then fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels
3. drain beef and set aside the marinade
4) In another pan, heat butter. Sear the beef on high heat in batches. Add more butter as needed.
5) When beef is cooked, add the onions and cook until translucent.
6) Add marinade and water. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
7) Add the fried potatoes. Stir for a minute then remove from heat.
