Ingredients

    1 box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (makes about 3 cups cooked)
    .5 cup no salt added canned corn
    1-5 oz can Starkist Tuna in water
    .5 cup frozen broccoli, cooked

Directions

1. Cook macaroni and cheese according to box directions. You can lower fat and calories by not adding the butter and milk when you make the mac and cheese.
2. Heat broccoli and corn seperately.
3. Drain tuna.
4. Mix all ingredients together; add or delete veggies to suit your own taste.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 one-cup servings
