Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
    Pam Olive Oil Spray
    Arnold Select Sandwich Thins (Multi Grain)
    MorningStar Farms Grillers Prime Veggie Burger
    1/8 cup water (or so)

Directions

Spray skillet with Pam.
Cook onions med/high heat until tender and lightly browned.
Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

Prepare veggie burger (skillet, oven or microwave).

Add Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss wedge to mushroom and onions and stir. If cheese wedge does not melt right away add a little water, about 1 tbsp at a time until it has reached desired consistency.

For more texture, toast sandwich thins. Assemble burger by adding the "mushroom & swiss" topping.

Serving Size: Makes one sandwich
