This healthed-up recipe is packed with pumpkin, nuts, and super-healthy hemp powder, which replaces almost half of the flour. Ingredients

    2 cups of AP flour
    1 1/2 cups hemp protein powder (I use bobs red mill brand)-if u dont have replace w/ more flour
    2 tsp of baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    spices (I just eyeball these) appx tbsp each of ginger, cloves, cinnamon etc.
    3 cups of canned pumpkin ( a little less than a 30 oz can full)
    2/3 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1 1/2 cups of honey or brown sugar
    however much nuts, dried fruit, and coconut you like

Directions

preheat oven to 350. mix dry ingredients well, then wet ingredients into it, finally folding in the nuts and fruit. Bake appx. 1 hour or until knife inserted into the loaf comes out clean. Enjoy!

Serving Size: 1/7 of a 8" by 4" loaf pan makes 2 loafs
