Introduction

Yummy easy chicken recipe that was a hit with my daughter and husband. Yummy easy chicken recipe that was a hit with my daughter and husband.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 jar Muir Glen Organic Salsa
    1/2 cup lowfat shredded cheese
    1 cup black beans

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. In a bowl mix the salsa and black beans.
3. Put in a casserole dish the chicken and top it with the salsa black bean mix and sprinkle top with the shredded cheese.
4. Spray foil with cooking spray (this way the cheese doesn't stick to the foil. Cover casserole dish with foil and bake until chicken is no longer pink. Approx 30-45 mins.
