Ingredients

    1 540 ml can White Kidney Bean, Blue No Salt Added
    2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
    1 cup Parsley, chopped

Directions

Drain and rinse beans. Chop tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together and allow to marinate 1 hour.
