    2/3 cup Grapeseed, Olive, or Flax oil (close to 12 tbsp)
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar or lemon juice
    1 Clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup water

    course ground black pepper (optional)

Directions

Mix together and add herbs and/or course ground pepper to taste.
