Introduction

Just threw this together tonight right before supper. Could be made with less fat by using low/no fat versions of the dressings. Just threw this together tonight right before supper. Could be made with less fat by using low/no fat versions of the dressings.

Ingredients

    3 cups broccoli
    1 cup fresh tomatoes
    1 green onion
    2 T. mayonaise
    3 T miracle whip
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

chop broccoli and tomatoes. Slice green onion. Combine dressings making sure you add the juice from the tomatoes to help thin it a bit. Mix together, adding salt and pepper to taste. Can eat immediately or chill for an hour.
