Introduction

I love the flavors. Low in carbs. Great in lettuce wraps or low carb burrito. I love the flavors. Low in carbs. Great in lettuce wraps or low carb burrito.

Ingredients

    2 cups Red Kidney Beans in canned rinsed
    1 cup Corn, canned rinsed
    3 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tbsp Lime Juice
    1 tsp Cumin Powder

Directions

Open cans, add spices, microwave for 5 minutes. This is great to put into glads 4oz containers and you have a snack ready.

Serving Size: 1 cup is great for two small low carb burrito or lettuce wraps
