Introduction

Low Fat High protein meal made in the crockpot featuring Chicken baby bella mushrooms and white wine. Low Fat High protein meal made in the crockpot featuring Chicken baby bella mushrooms and white wine.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breasts (Boneless and Skinless)
    6 Strips of Bacon (cooked crisp and broken into thirds)
    1/2 pound of carrots (I used baby carrots)
    8oz by weight WHOLE mushrooms
    1 medium onion (CHOPPED)
    1/2 stick of butter
    1 TB Rosemary (Dried)
    1 Cup White Wine

Directions

Cook Bacon, remove from skillet. Drain skillet of all but 1 TB of bacon fat...cook the onion in the bacon fat until softened.

Place all ingredients into the crock pot (slice butter up and drop evenly through dish)

Cook on HIGH 3 hours or on LOW 6 hours.

Serving Size: makes 6-8 servings
