Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 large Egg
4 tbsp. Chunky Salsa
1/4 c. Italian Style Bread Crumbs
5 Saltine Crackers
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well in bowl using hands.
Firmly pack into loaf about 1 inch thick.
Place loaf in pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Allow meatloaf to sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy! (This works well with ground turkey as well.)
