Ingredients

    Lasagna noodles
    tomato sauce
    mozerella cheese
    frozen spinach thawed
    1 egg
    Italian Sausage
    Zuchinni chopped or shredded
    Ricotta cheese

Directions

Boil the noodles until Al dente. Meanwhile remove the sausage from its casing and brown the sausage. When the sausage is almost done add the zuchinni. Take all moisture out of the spinach. Combine ricotta and egg then add sausage and zuchinnin mixutre and add spinach as well. Once noodles are done you spread sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan and layer noddles and cheese mixture and sauce. Let cook for 45 minutes and then add the mozerella cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
