Ingredients

    Red cabbage, one medium head
    Red bell pepper, one
    English Cucumber, one half
    Basil - 20 leaves
    Crushed red chili pepper, 1/2 tsp
    Rice wine vinegar, 1/2 cup
    PB2 Roasted peanut oil, 1 Tbsp
    Honey, 2 Tbsp
    Sesame oil, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, mashed
    Dry roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup, chopped


Directions

Shred cabbage, julienne pepper, basil, and cucumber. Wisk next 6 ingredients together. Garnish with chopped peanuts
