    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    1 clove garlic minced
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 6 ears, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) shucked and kernels removed
    2 tblsp Fresh Basil, cut into fine strips.
    S&P to taste


In a large skillet heat olive oil and saute garlic for about two minutes.
Add corn and season with S&P.
Cook until tender about 8 minutes.
Remove fom the heat and gently stir in the basil.
