Ingredients

    Chiobani Nonfat Greek Yogurt 2 Tbsp
    * 1 can chick peas, drained
    1 tbsp of tahini or peanut butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp Tabasco
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tsp ground cumin
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
