Introduction

Ingredients

1lb chicken breast
1package reduced fat cream cheese
1 jar of salsa
1.5 cups of cheddar cheese or mexican blend(low fat)
whole wheat or carb friendly tortilla wraps
taco or enchilada sauce (optional)
Directions
preheat your oven to 350
slice your chicke breast into strips.
grill in pan until fully cooked.
In a seperate pan, melt your cream cheese and slowly add salsa until heated thoroughly.
add your taco/enchilada sauce (if wanted)
you can also add your own seasonings(i add red pepper flakes and sometimes onion salt)
add your chicken and blend and then add cheese slowly until melted and blended.
on a baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray, fill each wrap with the mixture down the middle and fold over.
if you have any leftover sauce or salsa you can put ot over the wraps and sprinkle some cheese as well.
Put in oven for 10 mins and enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 4 large or 6-8 smaller enchiladas(dependent on size of tortillas)
