    2 medium potatos, shredded
    1/2 C cheese, grated
    2 egg whites
    any spices
    4 tbsp sour cream


mix all ingredients together except sour cream. Make into patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream. makes 4 servings.
