Ingredients

    extra lean ground beef 1 1/2 LB.
    seasoned tomato paste 1 (6oz.)can
    kernel corn 16 oz.
    peas and carrots 16oz.
    green beans 16 oz.
    potatos 2 med. chopped
    Onion yellow 1/2 med. chopped
    optional:
    sweet bell peppers (multi-color) 1/2 c.diced
    garlic diced 1 or powder 1T.
    chili seasoning 1T.
    Itailan seasoning 1T.
    olive oil 1T.

Directions

Brown beef in olive oil with onion,garlic, and opitional seasonings, add peppers last . Stir in paste with proper amount of water. Add frozen veggies and potatoes. Bring to a boil; then turn down to med. heat and cook for 30-45 mins. Stiring occasionally.
