    1 cucumber
    1 small summer squash
    1 small zucchini
    1 yellow bell pepper
    1 small head broccoli
    1 chunk cauliflower
    1 large carrot
    1 parsnip
    2 avocados
    1 large tomato
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 medium container of whatever you want from the olive bar
    Top each serving with fresh-ground pepper, oil and vinegar, and a handful of almonds.
