Introduction

Adapted from an old favourite for a low-cal version.

As the name implies, there is no cooking but you'll need to let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.

As the name implies, there is no cooking but you'll need to let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 Dessert Cups
    1 brick light cream cheese (8 oz)
    1 cup skim milk
    16 oz light Cool Whip, thawed
    Splenda or other sweetener to taste (1/4 cup is plenty for me)
    1 package fat free vanilla pudding
    3 cups fresh blueberries

Directions

Line a 9x13 baking pan with the 12 dessert cups.
Blend the milk, cream cheese, sweetener and dry pudding mix until smooth.
Fold the whipped topping into the mix.
Pour the mix over the dessert cups.
Top with blueberries.

Put in fridge for at least 4 hours.
