Ingredients

    Chinese egg noodles, shrimp, pork belly, carrots, celery, cabbage, cheak pea, onion, garlic, sesame oil, rice wine, soy sauce, canola or vegetable oil, chicken broth.

Directions

Saute pork until cook add pinch of salt, remove from pan. Saute shrimp in the same pan until cook, remove from pan. Saute all the vegetable in the same pan, add pinch of salt. Halh-way through cooking add pork and shrimp. Steam for 10 more minutes. remove from pan and set-aside.

Add cup of water on the same pan, simmer for 5 mins and transfer broth to bigger pot. Add chicken broth, let boil. Reduce heat to low. Add tbsp of canola oil. Add egg noodles, mixed frequently until cook. Set-aside.

In a sauce pan, mix sesame oil, rice wine, soy sauce, 1 tbsp of water. Reduce mixture to medium heat.

To serve, place 1 cup of noodles in a plate. Add vegetable and sauce on top.
