Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    2 pounds chicken wings

Directions

1. for marinade: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Beat egg in a medium bowl. Add oil and beat until combined. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and celery salt. Stir until well combined.
2. Cut chicken wings in half at joint. Remove wing tips and discard. DIp chicken pieces into marinade and arrrange on a large baking pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes, turning and burshing with marinade several ties, until wings are crisp. Remove from oven. Drain and arrandge on a warm platter.

Serving Size: makes four 4 wing servings

    My low carb hubby and adult daughter like this - partially b/c it is a mild buffalo wings recipe -- Did a makeover using this and referring to Atkins website and doing lower sodium alternates. - 9/8/18

    for the last few minutes, I put the wings under the broiler to crisp them up just a little, loved the sauce. - 7/17/12
