Ingredients

1.5 extra lean ground beef 90% or leaner
1 onion, large vidalia or other sweet onion-finely diced
3 cloves minced or 3 t. minced from jar garlic
1 goya sazon packet
1 T. Goya Adobo seasoning
1 c. Cheerios, neasure then crush
Mrs. Dash Table blend or original to preference
1/2 egg beaters or 2 whole eggs beaten
4 cups of rice krispies cereal
1/2 c. catsup seperated, 1/4c. for topping, 1/4 in the mix.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farhenheit.
Dice onion and place in bowl with meat.
use a glass to crush cheerios in a bag and add them to the bowl. Add the rice krispies, and the remaining ingredients reserving 1/4 c. of catsup for the top of the meatloaf.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, and place in an ungreased 9x9 brownie or pyrex pan. cover with foil.
Place in over and cook for one hour, then remove foil and put on the catsup on the top of the meatloaf. return to oven for approximately 15-25 more minutes while loaf is finishing cooking in the center and the catsup glazes on the top.
Check temp of loaf to read at least 160 degrees with a meat thermometer before serving.
