Ingredients

    3 cups white wheat flour
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    3/4 cup whole milk
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 packets splenda

    (optional flavoring: crushed black pepper or crushed rosemary)

Directions

Using a fork - Mix dry ingredients. Add in oil. Stir in milk slowly to form dough. Separate into 15 pieces and bake at 400F for 30 minutes on a greased non stick baking sheet. (Grease with spray like PAM). Biscuits will look lumpy. Done when golden on the outside and soft in the middle.

Serving Size: Makes 15 buiscuits. 1 biscuit per serving.
