Ingredients

    4 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 tbsp salt
    2 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
    2 1/4 cups coconut oil (can substitute shortening or butter--if using butter, must keep refridgerated).

Directions

blend all together until resembles small crumbs. Keep in an airtight container and use as you would bisquick. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.

Serving Size: makes 13 cups quick mix
