    1 lb of London Broil, in 2 inch slices
    1 onion diced
    1 diced garlic clove
    2 cans Progresso Vegetable Classic Creamy Mushroom Soup
    1 lb of sliced Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    1 lb cooked Egg Noodles


Put the onion, garlic and beef in a crock pot
Add the two cans of soup
Cook on low for 8 - 9 hours
before serving add the sour cream and cook for 30 minutes on low - make the egg noodles

Server on top of the noodles

Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings
