Ingredients

    5 eggs
    2 bananas, mashed
    1 scoop protein powder (calculated) or 1 tsp arrowroot powder
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Measure by the 1/3 cup into greased or lined muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 13-18 minutes or until set in the middle.
