Introduction

Yummy and filling. Yummy and filling.

Ingredients

    1 cup 1% milk
    6 oz lite vanilla yogurt
    1 banana, broken into chunks
    1 packet fruit and cream instant oatmeal, any flavor
    2 packets Splenda
    5 ice cubes

Directions

Place oatmeal into blender and blend a couple of pulses. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and puree intil smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
