Introduction

An interesting replacement for mayo in sandwiches...very flavorful, and much healthier than mayo! Use as a dip on its own with crackers or pita chips, or use as a spread on any sandwich. Ingredients

    1 whole Florida avocado, without skin or pit, mashed
    .5 c red onion, very finely minced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. dried parsely
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Refridgerate any leftovers in an air tight container.
