Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cans Gold Seal Salmon Sockeye (drained) 418gX2
    1 Egg
    1/4 Pastene Bread Crumbs (italian flavored)
    3 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 Tomato (medium)
    Fresh dill
    Hot sauce (a few drops - to taste, optional)
    2 Stalks Celery
    1 Red Pepper Bell

Tips

Suggestions: Serve with a salad... or convert it into a open face sandwich melt: put 1/2 portion of loaf on a nice slice of bread or pita, garnish with homemade salsa. Add cheese and grill for 2-3 min!


Directions

1. Put all ingredients (except Red pepper) into the food processor and mix together to obtain a smooth texture.
2. Pour into a loaf pan. Cut the bell pepper in 8 piece (long) and place on the loaf (see picture!).
3. Bake at 350F for an hour.
