Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground Turkey
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. salsa + 2 tbsp.
    4 tbsp ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat egg whites with wisk. Mix in rolled oats, 1/2 salsa and 2 Tbsp ketchup. Add in beef. Spray loaf pan or mini loaf pan with cooking spray. Shape ground turkey in pan. Mix together 2 Tbsp each salsa and ketchup and spread on top of loaf. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until done.
