    1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
    1 lb jennie-o ground turkey
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 cup panko
    3 T of balsamic + 1 T
    8 T of reduced sugar ketchup
    2 oz. cabot 75% reduced fat cheese

Directions

Bake at 450 for 1 hour
